Forge Data Platform by Foxtrot Communications
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Forge via Google Cloud Marketplace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Forge automatically generates dbt models from JSON data in BigQuery. The Service includes automated schema parsing, multi-warehouse model generation, and schema evolution tracking.
3. Your Data and Privacy
Data Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. Forge does not claim ownership.
Data Location: Your source data remains in your BigQuery. Only job metadata is stored in our infrastructure.
Credential Security: Service accounts are encrypted using Google Secret Manager and never logged.
4. Analytics and Service Improvement
Anonymous Usage Statistics: To improve service quality and provide intelligent recommendations, Forge collects anonymized metadata about your transformations, including:
- Schema structures (table names, field names, data types) - without your actual data values
- Transformation patterns (unnesting depth, array sizes, join relationships)
- Performance metrics (processing time, query performance, success rates)
- API usage patterns (detected API sources like Stripe, Salesforce)
How We Use This Data:
- Excalibur Intelligence: Aggregated patterns power features like API template detection, smart field suggestions, and schema evolution prediction
- Service Optimization: Performance data helps us improve processing speeds and reliability
- Community Benefit: Your anonymized patterns help other users through crowdsourced best practices
What We Don't Collect: We never collect your actual row data, customer PII, financial information, or any sensitive business data. Only structural metadata is captured.
Opting Out: Enterprise customers can disable analytics collection by contacting support. This may limit access to Excalibur intelligence features.
5. Billing and Payment
Billing is handled through Google Cloud Marketplace:
- Starter: $299/month (100M rows)
- Professional: $999/month (1B rows)
- On-Demand: $1,999 one-time
6. Usage Limits
Monthly plans include row processing limits as specified. Exceeding limits may result in job failures or require upgrades.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully, reverse engineer it, interfere with servers, share credentials, or process data without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
Foxtrot Communications shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenues, or data.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime via Google Cloud Marketplace. We may suspend access for Terms violations. You retain downloaded artifacts upon termination.
