Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Forge. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Forge for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Forge
• Resell access to Forge without written permission

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Forge processes your data solely to provide the services you've requested. We do not claim ownership of any data you process through Forge.

5. Service Level

Forge is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Forge, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Foxtrot Communications Corporation. Normalized table structures, dbt models, and documentation generated by Forge for your data are yours to use without restriction.

8. Analytics

We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve Forge. This includes page views, feature usage frequency, and performance metrics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and LinkedIn Insight Tag for this purpose. No personally identifiable data values from your warehouse are included in analytics.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Forge will be revoked and your account data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxtrot Communications Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Forge.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
