Foxtrot Communications Corporation ("we", "us", "our") operates the Forge data platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name via Google OAuth.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage metrics including page views, feature usage, and API call patterns to improve our services.
Data Processing: Forge processes structural metadata (schema fingerprints, field names, data types) from your data sources. In SaaS mode, only schema metadata is transmitted — your actual data values never leave your infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, and access controls. All infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with SOC 2 compliance.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage metrics are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@foxtrotcommunications.net.
We use Google Analytics for anonymized usage tracking and Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and LinkedIn Insight Tag for anonymized usage analytics. These services may use cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
