Foxtrot Communications Corporation ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Forge Data Platform ("Service").
2. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account Data: Name, email address, profile picture (via Google OAuth).
- Billing Data: Transaction records from Google Cloud Marketplace (we do not store credit card numbers).
- Support Communications: Emails and inquiries you send to us.
B. Service Data (Metadata)
To operate the Service, we process:
- Job Configurations: Profile settings, schedule configurations.
- Execution Logs: Success/failure status, timestamps, duration.
- Error Logs: Debugging information for failed jobs.
C. Analytics & Excalibur Intelligence
We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve our Excalibur schema intelligence engine:
- Schema structures (field names, types, nesting patterns).
- API source identification (e.g., "Stripe", "Salesforce").
- Transformation performance metrics.
Important: We never collect or store your actual row data (values), cell contents, or customer PII. Your source data remains in your BigQuery environment.
3. How We Use Information
- Service Delivery: Authentication, job orchestration, billing management.
- Intelligence Improvements: Using anonymized patterns to train Excalibur recommendations (smart field suggestions, schema predictions).
- Communication: Sending transaction receipts, service updates, and security alerts.
- Compliance: Fulfilling auditing and legal requirements.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:
- Service Providers: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, database, authentication).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or subpoena.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or asset sale.

We employ industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (Firestore encryption).
- Secret Management: Service account keys are stored in Google Secret Manager.
- Access Control: Strict role-based access for internal employees.
